	Did You Know That ?	1933 - Upon Walter Graeme Ladd's death of pneumonia on May 21, noted that after his wife Kate Macy's death (1945) the Natirar Estate in Peapack would become a convalescent home for women until May 21, 1983 - 50 years from his death, which is why the estate was sold in 1983. 1910 - C. Ledyard Blair (Blairsden Estate in Bernardsville) served as Commodore of the prestigious New York Yacht Club. His 240 foot yacht The Diana, served as flagship.
